Day 11

Ok Yoga again. I hate the first half. It involves alot of crouched warrior stances and complex standing, balancing moves. The second half is more my speed. Sitting stretches push me a bit more although I still cant touch my dam toes. I actually did the plough move this time. I still can not beleive that.

I had a Moes salad today. If you already know Mexican in my weakness.

Hey Ben - good job on your healthier lifestyle - I know it's hard. I think when you grow up eating anything and everything you want and still being bone thin (whether you like it or not), it makes it very difficult to retrain yourself as a thirty something adult who actually does not have a turbo charged metabolism anymore. You have inspired me into action!

Hey Ben, hope things are going well and I know it will take a lot of work to get going and see results. I hope you haven't fallen off as you haven't posted in several weeks. It usually takes 2 weeks before you really start kicking into a routine. Let me know if you need some added motivation! Keep at it.
