Don't fall off the Wagon

The most important thing to remember is to stay CONSISTENT that willdetermine how successful you are. If you have a 90 day plan stickwith it no matter what you have going on. In my experience with myclients the ones that have the least amount of setbacks were the onesthat had BIG RESULTS. Stay away from fat burners, energy drinks andremember everything you do to get the new body is what your going tohave to do to keep it. Good Luck

Day Zero is Coming

For those of you who will be following me during my 90 days to a healthier Ben there is only 5 weeks till I start. I know I know i mention this November 07. I have found some recruits to follow and along with some supports who will help advise me. In these days approaching my 90 boot camp. I will follow the following preconditions ( I got that from the Maverick)....

No sugar,sweets,and limit rice (yes really ungeecchee of me I know)
No Ramen
No Smoking
No chips
No coffee
No Pasteurize Milk.
and the hardest of them all No Alcohol

Strength training prior to 90 Days
12 miles a week on treadmill with long run @ 4miles
max out at 225 lbs 15 times on Bench
weekly shoulder, arm and abdominal regiment to get ready for boot camp

Road to Cooper less than 60

I am still on day 0. On hold till after the Cooper. However, I have been dedicated to the wieghts 4 days a week for the last three weeks. The Cooper River Bridge Run is April 5th 2008 and my training schedule will be 1.5 miles two days a week until early Feb when I will kick it up a notch. Stay tuned still next week to see how the running is going.

Day 0


I am excited about the 1st day. This Sunday before I hope to be my last day of unconscious eating. Lets see if I can stay discipline to complete the entire 90 days. Todays weight 205.6
